I work with themes that cause pain, exhaustion, or paralysis.

These include:● emotional dependency and loss● emigration and adaptation difficulties● shock trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)● anxiety, depression, and psychosomatics● fears, sleep disturbances, and chronic tension● complex partner and parent-child relationships● violated personal boundaries● fear of rejection, self-expression, or one's own aggression

This is only a brief list of the concerns my clients bring to me. Those who stay are those ready to choose themselves – even when it is difficult or unfamiliar.

My clients are ordinary people who fear being rejected, are frightened by loneliness, and often sacrifice their own desires for the sake of others' approval.

I support those who are stuck in the past, unable to let go of what they have experienced, and want to start living "here and now"—with clarity and conscious choices.

I stand by those on the threshold of change—changing jobs, cities, countries, or relationships—and who need a foundation to avoid losing themselves in the new.

I can help those living with chronic anxiety, bodily tension, and internal pressure who find no medical explanation for these symptoms.

I accompany people who care for loved ones with addiction, illness, or through the process of loss—those who are exhausted themselves but do not allow themselves to fall.
And I especially value the moments when a person begins to discover their true, living, and curious self.
When fear gives way to curiosity, and instead of "what is the right way?" the question becomes "what is my way?"
I can be of service to those who want to know themselves better—their desires and boundaries—to restore contact with themselves and build a life not as it "should be," but as it is truly desired.

In my work, I am attentive, gentle, and responsive to your state. I support and accompany you through difficult moments, as if walking beside you and lighting the way. When necessary, I can provide a gentle "shake" to ensure you don’t get stuck and continue moving forward.
I have a slight imbalance in my nervous system, which used to create challenges but has now become my greatest asset.
I am highly attuned to the states of others and easily align with their frequency. Since childhood, I have felt the pain of others, and it is this high sensitivity and empathy that allow me to be attentive, deep, and present in therapy today.
My personal history also includes living with ADHD and Bipolar Affective Disorder (in a compensated form). This has taught me flexibility, self-observation, and a nuanced approach to working with boundaries.

That is why I know this not only from books—I know what it feels like when everything inside is boiling or when an entire world seems to be dying, while on the outside, you just want to appear "normal." And that is exactly why I can stand by those who want to accept themselves, unlock their potential, and live in harmony with who they are.

I am honest with all my clients: my experience, knowledge, and personality can only be useful with your active participation. Without your engagement, no amount of work will yield results.

If these values resonate with you, if you recognize yourself in my words and are ready not just to "figure things out" but to truly work on the quality of your life and self-acceptance – I would be glad to meet you and walk this path together.

I work with individuals aged 16 to 100. I consult online and strictly maintain confidentiality. I am in personal therapy, work with a supervisor, and am constantly pursuing further education.
