Accredited Gestalt therapist, psychologist, and art therapist.
These include:● emotional dependency and loss● emigration and adaptation difficulties● shock trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)● anxiety, depression, and psychosomatics● fears, sleep disturbances, and chronic tension● complex partner and parent-child relationships● violated personal boundaries● fear of rejection, self-expression, or one's own aggression
This is only a brief list of the concerns my clients bring to me. Those who stay are those ready to choose themselves – even when it is difficult or unfamiliar.
In my work, I am attentive, gentle, and responsive to your state. I support and accompany you through difficult moments, as if walking beside you and lighting the way. When necessary, I can provide a gentle "shake" to ensure you don’t get stuck and continue moving forward.
I have a slight imbalance in my nervous system, which used to create challenges but has now become my greatest asset.
I am highly attuned to the states of others and easily align with their frequency. Since childhood, I have felt the pain of others, and it is this high sensitivity and empathy that allow me to be attentive, deep, and present in therapy today.
My personal history also includes living with ADHD and Bipolar Affective Disorder (in a compensated form). This has taught me flexibility, self-observation, and a nuanced approach to working with boundaries.
That is why I know this not only from books—I know what it feels like when everything inside is boiling or when an entire world seems to be dying, while on the outside, you just want to appear "normal." And that is exactly why I can stand by those who want to accept themselves, unlock their potential, and live in harmony with who they are.
I am honest with all my clients: my experience, knowledge, and personality can only be useful with your active participation. Without your engagement, no amount of work will yield results.
If these values resonate with you, if you recognize yourself in my words and are ready not just to "figure things out" but to truly work on the quality of your life and self-acceptance – I would be glad to meet you and walk this path together.
I work with individuals aged 16 to 100. I consult online and strictly maintain confidentiality. I am in personal therapy, work with a supervisor, and am constantly pursuing further education.
In my practice, I utilize the Gestalt approach, Somatic Experiencing (a method for working with bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts), Biosuggestive Therapy, EMDR, art therapy practices, and Metaphoric Associative Cards (OH-Cards).
